When you submit a request to schedule a room viewing:

No contractual relationship is created until a rental agreement is signed.

4. Minimum Stay Preference

Mikeen’s Room Rental is intended for long-term occupancy. While inquiries of all types may be reviewed, we strongly prefer long-term tenants with a minimum stay of six (6) months.

If a tenant chooses to transfer, move out, or terminate the tenancy before completing the six (6) month minimum stay, the security deposit shall be forfeited and is strictly non-refundable, regardless of reason.

Approval of any rental application is subject to this preference and final management discretion. Short-term stays may be declined or approved only under special circumstances.

4. Payments, Deposits & Fees

Any rental payments, security deposits, or fees discussed on the website are subject to the official Room Rental Agreement provided upon approval.

Payments made outside the website (e.g., cash, bank transfer, or e-wallet) are governed by the terms stated in the signed agreement. The website itself does not process online payments unless explicitly stated.

5. Utilities & Services

Utility inclusions or exclusions (such as water, electricity, or internet) will be clearly stated during the application or agreement process. Website information may be summarized and is subject to confirmation in the final rental agreement.
